Regions and Availability
mindzieStudio runs on more than one server, one per region. This page lists the servers, says how they relate to each other, and says what differs between them for Process Intelligence today.

Use the address your organisation was given. It is the address you sign in at.
Each server stands on its own
- Your projects live on the server you create them on. A project on Europe does not appear on production, and the other way round. Your data is loaded into the project, so it is kept on that server too.
- Your sign-in, your tenant and its members belong to one server. An account on one server does not give you an account on another.
- A key works on one server only. A key minted on Europe is refused on production and on Australia. When you give a key to a tool or an agent, also give it the address of the server the key came from; nothing in the key says which one.
Where you can use Process Intelligence
Process Intelligence is opened from the mindzieStudio welcome screen, and it is switched on tenant by tenant. If your tenant does not show the Process Intelligence card, ask your administrator. It is not part of mindzieStudio Desktop: a project runs as a hosted workspace, which the Desktop edition cannot provide.
Today, Process Intelligence projects run on production and on Europe. If you work on Australia, check with mindzie before you plan on it there.

Save, Backup and Import project. Where one is not switched on, it is simply not there: the ... menu on a project shows no Save or no Backup, or the projects page has no Import project button. Nothing else changes. On Europe, Save and Import project are available and Backup is not. These controls depend on how each server is set up, so on production and on Europe alike, look at a project's ... menu and at the projects page: if Save, Backup or Import project is not there where you work, it is not switched on there.
