Deliver

The Deliver screens are where what you found is written up, to read and to share. You ask for a report in your own words or from a standard one, the AI assistant works it out from your project's data, and the finished report is kept in the project where anyone who can open the project can read it.

Reports

Where you ask for a report and where every report in the project is kept. Start from one of four standard reports or describe what you want to find out. The report is written while you wait, publishes itself when it is done, and can then be shared or saved as HTML, PDF or Word. How this was made shows the words it was asked and the data it read.

AI Jobs

The work behind the reports. Every report you ask for is made by a job, and each job keeps its brief and every run it has made, so you can see what a run did and run it again when the data changes. You can also start a job here for anything the other screens do not do - an analysis, a table, a report - and publish what it makes to Reports yourself.

Most of the time you only need Reports. Go to AI Jobs when you want to see the runs behind a report, or to ask for something that is not a report.

How a report uses what you defined

A report reads the same project as every other screen, so what you set up earlier is part of what it can use:

• Your data - the event log you loaded, and the choice of what one case is. See Data.
• Your definitions - the columns your enrichments add, the working calendar, your named filters, your rules and your costs. See Define. A report that talks about a rule uses that rule's definition, and a report can look at the cases in a filter you named.
• Money. The Analyze screens count - late days, repeated steps, cases that broke a rule. None of them turns a count into money. A cost you set on Costs is only multiplied into an amount in a report, so ask for a report when you want the money figure.

Because a published report is a frozen copy, it keeps saying what it said on the day it was made. When the data or your definitions change, run it again: the new result is added as a new version beside the old one. See Analyze for the screens that look at the process directly.
